Omega 3 Fish Oil Tip

Freeze your fish oil pills! This makes them a lot easier to digest. I take mine right before bed.

  • Try flax (linseed) seeds or oil instead it has more Omegas than fish oil

    I found that when I was first depressed I had a craving for sardines and pilchards. I realise that this is for the omega 3.

    For me when I have plenty of Omega 3 I feel more secure, as if there is an invisible blanket protecting me, or as if I am riding on a protective mattress that prevents me sinking lower.
