Excitement is the result of something beautiful and interesting.
Mania is a brain mistake. Excitement is real.

I have learned that any stress even GOOD stress can bring on a depression. Try to be aware of this as you plan positive events. Do not do too many fun events even when you are not manic.

It also explains why some people who become Manic think that Chaos can be beautiful and interesting.
And other people who see something being Created get Excited and think that it is beautiful and interesting.
I love the latter.
