My goal every day is to go to bed feeling better than when I woke up. I find this goal attainable when I&#8217;m in a deep depression. If I set my goal too high- such as not being depressed at all when I go to bed, I&#8217;m often disappointed. But&#8230; if the goal is to get better throughout the day, it&#8217;s always attainable. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"8pkk3\" data-offset-key=\"62vu3-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"62vu3-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"62vu3-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"8pkk3\" data-offset-key=\"fgbem-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"fgbem-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"fgbem-0-0\">My down swings are less than 25% of what they used to be.
