A bad relationship <\/span><\/strong>will make you sick.\u00a0 (This means relationships that make you feel bad. We have all had them!)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium\">3. Messing around <\/span><\/strong>with\u00a0your sleep patterns can be disastrous. Pick\u00a0a schedule\u00a0and stick to it. Good sleep changes everything. I know this can be really hard.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium\">4.\u00a0 If you love someone <\/span><\/strong>with bipolar disorder, you\u00a0just might\u00a0be frustrated, incredulous and worried once in awhile.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><strong>5. If you have consistent mood swings, you will not get better <\/strong><\/span>if you smoke\u00a0a lot of pot.\u00a0 A proven fact. Sorry- it&#8217;s true.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium\">6.\u00a0 Opiates <\/span><\/strong>only make you feel better in the moment. I know. I threw my Vicodin in the toilet because I liked it too much.<\/p>\n<p>And finally&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: large\">7.
