A lot of it has to do with the 23 medications I tried. The up and down weight gain and the stress the meds put on my immune system have really taken a toll!<\/p>\n<p>These days I focus on my physical health all day long.\u00a0 I still struggle with my diet-oh well.\u00a0 The future can always be different.<\/p>\n<p>But I always exercise.<\/p>\n<p>Why am I writing this?
