Sleep is always an issue and lately I haven\u2019t been a good girl when it comes to getting to bed on time. In fact, I\u2019m doing things that are counter intuitive. Eating way too close to bed. Eating foods I\u2019m allergic to- which means body pain that makes it hard to sleep. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><o :p><font face=\"Courier New\">\u00a0<\/font><\/o><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Courier New\">Drinking too much decaf- eating chocolate and drinking iced tea. They all have caffeine! <\/font><\/p>\n<p><o :p><font face=\"Courier New\">\u00a0<\/font><\/o><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Courier New\">Watching TV really late- but that\u2019s because of the Olympics! <\/font><\/p>\n<p><o :p><font face=\"Courier New\">\u00a0<\/font><\/o><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Courier New\">I can make so many excuses. Managing sleep is one of the best ways to manage bipolar disorder.
