I\u2019m currently editing one of my books to add more information for the second edition. The focus is on social media.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s astonishing how what we put in our brains comes out as a mood.<\/p>\n<p>I have known this all along, but during this <span class=\"_5afx\"><span class=\"_58cm\">coronavirus<\/span><\/span> quarantine it has become extremely clear that what I choose is what I reap.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>If I choose to read the awful news all day long, I will feel awful.<\/p>\n<p>If I choose to have just enough information to be safe and then put my focus on work, relationships and creativity, I will have a better day.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5afx\"><span class=\"_58cm\">Bipolar<\/span><\/span> disorder is a triggered illness. <span class=\"_5afx\"><span class=\"_58cm\">Anxiety<\/span><\/span> is triggered illness. <span class=\"_5afx\"><span class=\"_58cm\">Psychosis<\/span><\/span> is a triggered illness.
