Please think before you click if you&#8217;re not into this kind of music.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s never easy to find a visual representation of what mania feels like. It&#8217;s often so out of control and so internal, that an outward expression is usually too tame to show what happens.<\/p>\n<p>I love the song Turn Down for What by DJ Snake and Lil John. \u00a0It has a good beat. I give it a 9 out of ten. HA!<\/p>\n<p>Dance music (EDM) is the music that comes the closest to describing what I hear in my head and feel in my body when I&#8217;m really euphoric. The video below actually shows it. \u00a0Hyper sexuality ruins so many relationships. I do see the humor in this video and don&#8217;t feel they are trying to depict mania, but they have done just that!<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HMUDVMiITOU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Just like in the end of this vide, we don&#8217;t survive these massive episodes without casualties. We will alway fuel them with drinking, drugs and staying up as late as possible. I got myself into the most dangerous situations you can imagine- all over the world- due to this mania. I can say that my life is not as exciting now, but I also know that mania will never get me killed.<\/p>\n<p>Please, please, please take full blown mania seriously. It ruins us. It ruins our relationships.
