Inability to stay in a<br \/>\njob for long.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>2. Difficulty working<br \/>\ndespite possessing<br \/>\nthe qualifications to<br \/>\ndo the job.<\/p>\n<p>3. Money problems.<\/p>\n<p>4. Feelings of being<br \/>\noverwhelmed by job<br \/>\nrequirements or other<br \/>\nlife responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sadness and frustration<br \/>\nover inability to<br \/>\nwork or get things<br \/>\ndone.<\/p>\n<p>6. Feelings of hopelessness<br \/>\nabout the<br \/>\nfuture.<\/p>\n<p>I lived with these symptoms daily until I learned to manage my bipolar disorder more successfully. I want to encourage people with bipolar disorder to see the list as what life is like without a good management plan. Once the plan is in place, everything changes.<\/p>\n<p>We are able to find work that fits our needs.<\/p>\n<p>We can create relationships that help us stay stable.<\/p>\n<p>We can learn to live a life filled with joy and good times vs. life filled with being ill due to bipolar disorder.<\/p>\n<p>The symptoms on the above list still come and go for me. They are always lurking. But I no longer live a life controlled by bipolar disorder.<\/p>\n<p>We can take charge of this illness. My plan is in all of my books.
